Request data deletion

You have the right under POPIA to request that Konvertza delete the personal information we hold about you. This page tells you how.

How to request deletion

Email us at info@konvertza.co.za with the following information:

• Your name and the email address or phone number on file
• Whether you are an Agent, a Lead, or both
• Confirmation that you wish to have your personal information deleted

What happens next

• We verify the request matches an account or lead record on our system.
• Your personal information is removed within 30 days of verification, unless we are required by South African law to retain certain records (for example, transaction records under tax law).
• You receive a written confirmation of the deletion at the email address you contacted us from.

Lead opt-outs over WhatsApp

If you are a lead who received a message from Konvertza on behalf of an Agent and you simply want to stop hearing from us, reply STOP to the WhatsApp message at any time. Your number is suppressed across all automated channels immediately.
